Graduate Research Assistant Positions

I regularly hire graduate students for part-time RA work. Please email me if you are a graduate student at the University of Chicago and are interested in finding out more. Potential RA's should be fluent in one or more programming language (such as Matlab, Julia, PYTHON, Fortran, C, C++) and/or statistical package (such as Stata, R). I am particularly keen to connect with students with strong programming skills who are interested in heterogeneous agent macroeconomics.

Pre-Doctoral Full-Time Research Assistants

Applications for pre-doctoral research assistants for the 2019-20 academic year are now closed. Information about positions for future years will be available in early 2020. Applicants should be completing (or have completed) a Bachelor's or Masters degree and have strong quantitative and programming skills. This position is suitable for people looking to obtain experience in economic research for 1 to 2 years before applying to graduate school in economics.
